Basmath Rice : 250 Grams
Pudine : 2 Bunches
Corriander : 2 Bunches
Green Chillies : 2 Nos.
Cumin Seeds : 2 spoons
Carrot : 1 No
Baby Corn : 6 Nos
Spring Onions : 4 nos.
Oil : 2 Table Spoons
Salt : To taste
Soak rice for 30 minutes. Grind Pudina Leaves, Corriander leaves and Green Chillies as paste. Chope Carrot andd baby corn.
Heat two table spoons oil in a wide vessel. Add cumin seed and saute it for one minute. Then add pudina, corriander, green chilli paste and fry for some time.Now add carrot, baby corn, choped spring onions and fry it two to three minutes, now add soaked rice and add sufficient water ( for one glass rice two and half glaces of water) and add sufficient salt. Stir the rice to mix with all the ingredients. Cook it in medium flame until the rice is well cooked. Serve it hot.
