Cauliflower.... 1 Medium Size
Rice : 200 grams
Greenpeas(or soaked dry greenpeas) ... Half cup
Green Chillies : 60 Nos
Cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
Zinger, Garlic Paster : 1 spoon
Turmaric Power : Hal spoon
Garam Masala : 1 Spoon
Corriander leafs : 1 small Bunch
Oil : 2 to 3 spoons
Salt : To Taste
Soak the rice for 30 minutes and cook it well. Remove cauliflower flowers from stems amd rince in salted water. Cook the cauliflower pieces 10 minutes adding turmeric power. Fry this in a pan adding one spoon oil untile these pices turned into light brown colour.
Now Heat two spoons oil in wide vessel, add cumin seeds, garlic, zinzer paste, green pieces, Cooked rice, garam masala and salt and saute it for another five minutes.
