Rice : 250 grams
Chicken : 150 grams
Onion : 1 big size
Zinger, garlic Paste : 1 table spoon
Carrots : 2 nos
Green Piece or soaked dry green pieces : half cup
Ghee : 1 table spoon
Corriander Leaves : Small Bunch
Oil : 3 spoons
Salt : to taste
Black pepper poweder : 1 spoon
Soak rice for 30 minutes and cook well. Make chicken into tiny pieces, add half spoon turmeric powder and salt and cook it well.
Now take a wide vessl and add oil and heat it. Now add chopped onions saute it two minutes, then add copped carrot, green pieces and fry it well, now add chicken pieces, cooked rice, pepper powder ghee, and corriander leaves, stir it to mix all the ingredients well. cook it for five minutes and serve it hot.
