Ingredients required
Rice : 250 Grams
Chinta Chiguru
Red Dry Chillies : 3 nos
Nuvvulu : 2 Table Spoons
Oil : 2 Table spoons
Salt: To taste
Curry Leaves : 3 Stems
Groundnuts : 50 grams
Popu Seeds : 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder : half spoon
Cooking Method
Soak Rice for 30 minutes and cook well. Remove stems from chintachiguru. Fry chintachiguru with 1 spoon oil and grind it as powder. Take a wide pan add oil and heat it, add dry chillies, popu seeds, ground nuts curry leaves and fry until all turned into light brown colour. Now add cooked rice, chintachiguru power, turmeric powder, salt to taste and stir it well. Keep it five minutes on low flame and serve hot,
