Ingredients required
Basmati Rice : 250 grams
Salt : To taste
Turmerice Poder : Half spoon
Curry Leaves Powder
Curry Leaves : 1 cup (100 gms approx)
Chaya Minapa Pappu : 2 spoons
Yellow grams : 1 spoon న్
Garlics : 4 pices
Black Pepper : 6 Nos
Dry Red Chilli : 5 nos
Gated Dry Coconut : 2 spoons
For heating

Inguva : 2 grams Mustard seeds : 1 spoon
Oil : 3 spoons
Cooking method Soak rice for 30 minutes and cook well.
Take a wide vessel or pan add 1 sppon oil heat it, then add garlics, dry chillies, pepper, gated coconut, curry leaves and fry it until all will turned into goldern brown colour. Leave this ingredients for some time to cool then grind all as powder. Now take a pan add two spoons oil and heat it. Then ad mustard seed, inguva, cooked rice, grinded powder, turmeric powder, lastly add some salt to tast, stir all to mix it, cook it on low flame for two to three minnutes, and serve it with pototo kurma or curd chutney.
