Rice : Half kilo
Eggs : 4 nos.
Onions : 2 nos
Green Chillies : 8 nos.
Carrot : 1 no
Capsicum : 1 No
Corriander : 1 small bunch
Black Pepper powder : 1 spoon
Oil : 3 spoons
Zinger, Garlic Paste : 1 Table spoon
Soak rice for 30 minutes and cook well
Chop carrot, capsicum, onion, green chillies into small pieces.
Take a wide pan add one and half spoon oil and heat, then break four eggs put the egg content into oil, add one spoon salt, pepper powder, then stir it well until the egg pieces turned into small pieces. cook it well. take all this into a separate bowl.
In the same pan add balance oil, heat it then add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped capsicum, garlic, zinger paste, and one spoon salt and stir it all to well mixed. after two minutes, add cooked rice, egg pieces mix it well. lastly pour chopped corriander and serve it hot.
