Ingredients required
Basmati rice - 250 grams
Ghee or Oil - 2 table spoons
Coriander leaves - handful
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies - 2 nos
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1 table spoon
Whole garam masala - 1 Spoon
Salt - to taste
Water - 4 cups
Soak Rice for at least half an hour.
Heat the ghee in a pan add Jeera and onions and saute
Add garam masala powder along with green chillies, drained
rice, add water and required salt, stir well and cook well.
Garnish with Corriander leaves and serve with any curry or currd chutney.
