Required ingredients
Fine Rice : 250 grams
Moong Dal (green gram dal) 150 GRAMS
Salt : To taste
Ghee : 3 Spoons
Cumin seeds : 1 spoon
Black Pepper : 1 spoon
Zinger : One Inch piece
Curry Leaves : 3 stems
Cashew Nuts : 10 nos
Cooking Method
Rinse Rice, Greengram dall and soak in water for 30 minutes. Take a pan add Ghee and heat it. Now add cashew nuts and fy it until the colour turns to golden brown. Now add cumin seeds, black pepper, curry leaves, grated zinger, fry all these. Now add sufficient water (1 cup rice = 2 to 2 and half cups water). Boil the water and add soaked greengram dall, rice and add some salt and cook well. Serve it with Zinger or any chutney
