Basmati Rice ..... 250 grams
Ghee : 2 spoons
Cumin Seeds : 1 tea spoon
Mustard Seeds : 1 spoon
Black Pepper : 1 and half spoon
Sesame seeds (Nuvvulu) : two spoons
Curry Leaves : 3 stems
Salt : to taste
Corriander leaves : 1 small bunch
Cooking method
Soak rice for 30 minutes and cook well.
Take a pan and add black pepper, sesame seed curry leaves fry it two minutes and grind it all as powder. Then add ghee or oil on same pan and heat it. now add mustard seed , cumin seed and fry it for two minutes, now add cooked rice, black pepper powder and salt for tast. Mix all well and keep it on low flame for two to three minutes and serve it hot with curd chutney
