Raw Tamarind Rice

Ingredients required
Raw Tamarind 15 nos.
Rice : 250 grams
Yellow Grams, Black gram dall : each 1 spoon
Mustard seed : 1 spoon
Ground nuts : 25 grams
Dry red chilli : 2 nos
Green Chillies : 6 nos
Curry leaves : 2 stema
Hing (inguva) – 1/4 spoon
Turmeric Powder : half spoon
Salt : to taste
Seasame powder : 1 spoon
Ghee or oil : 3 spoons
Cooking method
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes and cook well Remove tamarind skin and add some salt, turmeric powder and grind it as paste. Take a pan add oil or ghee heat it, then add greengram dall, urdu dall, mustard seed, dry chillies, curry leaves, hing and fry it well. Then add grinded raw tamarind paste, chopped chillies, turmaric powder and fry it for two to three minutes, then add cooked rice and salt and stir it well to mix all contents well. Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes, lastely add seasame powder and surve it hot.
