Basmati Rice : 250 grams
Onions : 1 No
Zinger, Garlic paste : 1 spoon
Green Chilies : 5 nos
Carrots :2, Pototos : 1, Beans : 10 Nos. Cauliflower : 50 grams
Green Pice : 50 grams
Pudina Leaves : 1 bunch
Garam Masala Powder : 1 table spoon
Cumin Powder : 1 spoon
Black Pepper Powder : 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder : half spoon
Lemon Juice : 2 spoons
Salt : to taste
Bay leaf : 1
Ghee or Oil 3 spoons
Take a wide pan, add ghee or oil and heat it, then add bay leaf, chopped onions, fry it until the colour turns to gold brown colour, then add zinger, garlic paste , chopped green chillies and fry it two minutes, now add pudina, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, pepper powder and fry two to three minutes. Then add all choped vegetables and green piece again cook this for two to three minutes, now add soaked rice, lemon juice, salt and sufficient water (1:2 ratio). Stir to mix all ingredients well, cook the rice in medium flame until the water completely absorbs, Lastly garnish with chopped corriander leaves and serve this hot with kurma or curd chutney
